My Journey

My LOVE of fashion and transforming spaces led me to my first retail job with New York & Company. Starting off in visual storytelling, I rose to a leadership role early in my career. I led the transformation of 4 brands, reporting to CEO’s, Presidents, and CMO’s. I have experience leading, liaising and consulting with every corporate function. My “superpower” is elevating the consumer experience — sophisticated thrill, bespoke at scale. I predict and translate social trends into 3D experiences. I masterfully shift the consumer relationships from transactional to loyal. My background spans across specialty retail, luxury off-price/resale, and bargain/outlet. I steward company-wide brand initiatives with revenue targets and ensure product lifecycle is aligned with cohesive, fluid storytelling. I (Re)design and transform teams and processes.
